SHIPPING POLICIES AND COSTS

DRAWER SLIDES ARE HEAVY OBJECTS AND EXPENSIVE TO SHIP, shipping costs play a significant part of the cost, look at the final cost of the part plus shipping when making a decision to buy our Cabinet Hardware. 

POLICIES


Orders are processed and shipped the same day of receipt (M-F)

Orders after 3:00 p.m to 5;00 PM CST will generally be processed the same business day but may shipped the next business day

Weekend & Holiday orders will be processed the first business day following, We work all holidays except Christmas, Day After Thanksgiving, 4th of July, New Years Day.

Our standard shipping policy is to ship on hand quantities the day the order is placed (Before 3:00PM CST) and to backorder the rest. Backorder lead times are 7-10 business days before shipping. We will ship the remainder of the order complete at our expense via our choice of carrier. We stock the majority of the products at our warehouse in Minnesota, however we retain the right to drop ship the order from NC, VA, or CA.  Truck orders will be shipped complete only. 

Tracking is provided to your E-Mail address at the end of each working day here when our shipping system posts. This is for FEDEX/UPS only. USPS Tracking # are provided by request. PRO #/Shipping Line for truck shipments are available the day after it ships by request. 

SHIPPING COSTS

Standard shipping rates for a Package is by a real time calculator with our preferred shipper of Fedex. Rates are determined by weight. 

All Next Day and 2nd day Air options are available. 


280lbs to 5000lbs  Will be shipped to a commercial location via our choice of LTL truck line. Truck orders will be shipped complete W/O back orders so they may incur a delay if we do not have enough stock on hand and have order more from the manufacturer. 

Fedex will calculate  for Alaska, Hawaii US Territories but not for  any APO/FPO boxes. Please contact us directly at 1 800 325 6878 if you want us to ship to you via USPS for APO/FPO for actual freight rates. 

Want to use your UPS/Fedex #. Choose Will Call for $0.00 cost and provide the UPS/Fedex # in the remarks. If it is heavy enough to go truck we will accept your 3rd Party Logistics Providers Bill of Lading or any other Bill of Lading that you provide. We will wait until all the product is in stock and then provide an exact weight.

FREIGHT FORWARDERS

We will ship to a freight forwarder in the Continental United States our normal rates apply. It is your responsibility to make all arrangements with the forwarder for further delivery.

We do not currently ship outside the United States directly. We will ship to a freight forwarder in the Continental United (that ships outside the United States) our normal rates apply. It is your responsibility to make all arrangements with the forwarder for further delivery. It is your responsibility for all taxes, customs fees, importation fees etc. We will provide a commercial invoice to required officials/freight companies.
